About the Role- You will be providing personalized support to Tom, a gentleman in his late 40s who has a learning disability, autism, and specific sensory needs.
- Your role will involve assisting Tom with daily activities, promoting his independence, and ensuring his well-being.
- You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to implement Tom's support plan and minimize behaviors that may cause distress.
- A full UK or EU driving license is essential, as you will be responsible for transporting Tom in his mobility vehicles.
- Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism is desirable but not mandatory.
- We prioritize your personal qualities: proactiveness, confidence, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone's life.
