Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales efforts for interactive kiosks and digital signage solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, identifying sales prospects, and responding to inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Sales Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their business needs and presenting our interactive kiosks and digital signage solutions as valuable assets.
  • Inbound Lead Management: Respond to inbound leads promptly, providing product information, conducting demonstrations, and guiding potential clients through the sales process.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners, resellers, and alliance partners to expand our reach and increase sales opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our interactive kiosks and digital signage solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and prioritize leads and opportunities to ensure a healthy sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to customer acquisition.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS/Hardware sales, preferably in the technology or digital signage industry.
  • Understanding of interactive kiosks and digital signage solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of content strategy, creation, and scheduling, with the ability to 'talk the language'.
  • Being commercially astute, with an understanding of managing project costs, and ideally costs/charges in this sector.
