About the Role

The AXIO Group is seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer to join our team in Luton, UK. As a Product Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive new data products and services with a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to onboard new customers to their chosen data product solution with speed, accuracy, and efficiency, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process.
  • Provision customer trials and work with customers who are trialling our data products, ensuring they can effectively use and configure our data products, resolving any questions and queries during the trial process.
  • Work with AXIO Group's systems to complete technical onboarding of customers' data product needs using Snowflake, SQL skills, APIs, and Microsoft event hub.
  • Ensure that once technical onboarding is complete, new customers receive the support they need to use their new solution and achieve customer value and satisfaction.
  • Utilize deep data and product knowledge to solve customer issues in their early engagement with AXIO Group, providing a single point of contact to resolve any questions or issues quickly.
  • Work with commercial teams to offboard customers when their contract ends.
  • Keep customers and internal stakeholders fully updated on all issues, driving service provision and issue resolution in the shortest possible window.
  • Ensure that all customer insights and needs are captured and acted on effectively and efficiently to drive a customer-led Data Product Strategy.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify migration opportunities.
  • Provide basic product training where appropriate for new customers.
Requirements
  • Data analysis skills and ability to problem solve.
  • IT domain knowledge, basic SQL, and an exposure to cloud platforms is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a customer experience role or similar.
  • Previous experience using CRM solutions.
  • Previous experience working within the travel ecosystem, specifically aviation.
