About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to support our UK region, working closely with our Growth Advertisers team in the London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic consultant to join our team and drive growth for our performance advertising customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new advertising customers with a focus on performance and revenue growth.
  • Manage a large book of accounts in the UK region, identifying upsell opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide strategic guidance, and optimize campaigns for clients.
  • Work closely with advertisers, publishers, and internal teams to deliver a personalized and tailored experience.
Requirements:
  • Native/fluent English language skills.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in client-facing roles in digital media or online advertising.
  • Exceptional relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
