Position Summary:

  • Work closely with leadership to advance HR strategies and empower our workforce.
  • Oversee employee relations and assist staff through various HR functions.
  • Efficiently manage onboarding processes, training sessions, payroll, and leave administration.
  • Design and execute internal training initiatives to bolster HR expertise.
  • Contribute significantly to talent acquisition, overseeing the candidate experience alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture through wellness programs and engaging activities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR or related fields.
  • CIPD Level 3 or higher is preferred.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset.
  • Experience in event coordination is advantageous.
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and capable of managing confidential information with discretion.
