With nearly thirty years of industry experience, SQS is committed to delivering exceptional service quality.
We are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to enhance our Customer Care Team supporting our Gas Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Address customer concerns swiftly and effectively, adhering to SQS policies.
- Maintain up-to-date Customer Care records.
- Facilitate communication and acknowledgment of customer feedback both internally and externally.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients through various communication channels.
- Provide clients with regular updates on customer performance and appointments.
- Oversee delivery compliance and manage calling cards as needed.
- Conduct analysis of customer interactions and compile weekly reports.
- Engage in meetings to share insights and improve customer service.
- Complete personal objectives as required and update the database accordingly.
- Review and enhance Customer Service Training and presentations.
- Participate in Client Customer Service Training sessions to ensure alignment with internal practices.
