Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Jobwise Ltd. As a key member of our Head Office Team, you will provide administrative support to ensure legal compliance and assist sales staff in achieving their goals while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure legal compliance and assist sales staff in achieving their goals
  • Adhere to ISO and Investors in People standards and company procedures, effectively managing time to meet deadlines, even under pressure
  • Manage the Company HR database, ensuring all contracts, letters, and documents comply with company policies, and work closely with the management team
  • Participate in training sessions, company events, and ensure work aligns with company values
  • Liaise and schedule contract renewal reminders for the Operations management team and be the escalation point of contact for issues arising from any of our supplier/tech stack
  • Coordinate and manage various suppliers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, role changes, and leavers processes, while updating and maintaining the HR database with comprehensive employee records
  • Ensure accuracy in employee holiday entitlements, provide HR reports for operations meetings, and support company events
  • Handle payroll information and amendments, supporting the payroll function and maintaining up-to-date employee records
  • Oversee health and safety responsibilities, including risk assessments, fire alarm tests, and ensuring policy compliance

Training and Development:

  • Manage training trackers and schedules, coordinating and delivering training for new and existing staff, including first-day induction and diversity, equity, and inclusion training
  • Ensure efficient onboarding, training on company systems, and support ongoing staff development
