About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Executive to join our team at Millena, a leading media agency specializing in luxury beauty and lifestyle brands. As a Paid Search Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing paid search campaigns, running structured testing, and elevating search, P-MAX, and YouTube creative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management
    • Collaborate with clients to proactively support them in the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns
    • Oversee day-to-day account performance and deliver weekly reports
    • Identify opportunities and challenges before they arise, designing solutions to ensure you're always one step ahead
    • Be the go-to team member for all things Paid Search, regularly attending in-person meetings with clients
  • Media
    • Produce media plans built around clear rationale and business outcomes
    • Activate campaigns from build to quality assurance
    • Optimize campaigns, actively advising on both media and creative decisions which will influence performance
    • Input into client's media strategy – building and owning the client's learning/testing agenda
    • Deliver insightful analysis which drives improved performance via reporting
    • Work with clients to forecast and set targets, building trust in your skills as a media professional
    • Build relationships with key media owners
  • Team & People
    • Become a trusted source of truth for all things paid search
    • Deliver a monthly inspiration presentation – keeping everyone up-to-date with the latest and greatest
What We Offer
  • £27,500 - £30,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
  • 10% performance bonus (paid in December)
  • 5% pension
  • Flexible working with three in-office/client site days per week (Tue/Wed/Thu), primarily in our White City offices
