About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Paid Search Executive to join our team at Realtime Agency. As a key member of our digital advertising team, you will be responsible for executing large-scale, complex paid search campaigns and implementing best practice optimisation processes to ensure maximum campaign performance potential is reached for both KPIs and budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid search strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google and Bing
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new strategies and ideas to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve campaign performance and drive business growth
Requirements
  • 2+ years of paid search experience, with a strong understanding of Google and Bing platforms
  • Experience with YouTube, Discovery, Pmax, and Smart Shopping platforms is a plus
  • Platform certifications are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Advertising/Media, or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive and independent problem-solver, with a strong attention to detail
