We're on the hunt for a talented and driven Senior Paid Search Executive to join our team at Realtime Agency, a global leader in performance and brand marketing. As a key player in our fast-growing agency, you'll have the opportunity to support the activation of cutting-edge paid search campaigns across top-tier accounts, including household brands and multi-billion dollar companies.

You'll be a data-driven individual with a passion for digital advertising, possessing proven experience in driving performance and meeting client KPIs across large-scale paid search campaigns. Your analysis and recommendations will directly inform our optimisation strategy, so you'll need to be analytical, with excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for trends and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement best practice optimisation processes to ensure maximum campaign performance potential is reached for both KPIs and budget delivery.
  • Collect and analyse data, identifying trends and insights to maximise performance efficiency.
  • Own the management of day-to-day client communications, regularly reporting on account performance, carried out changes, and sharing strategy ideas.
  • Drive new ideas to improve campaign performance and execute tests.
  • Support the development of new strategies to drive performance and growth of accounts.
  • Own the management of campaign expenses and stay on budget.
  • Assist with the onboarding of accounts, new account audits, and client pitches to support business growth.
  • YouTube, Discovery, Pmax, and Smart Shopping experience are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Advertising/Media, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
  • Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
  • Well-organised and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
  • A passion for Digital Marketing and a willingness to learn.
