R-Evolution is a charitable incorporated organisation (CIO) that operates across the Humber region, covering East Riding, Hull, North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, and a small project in bordering Lincolnshire. We work with a large partnership of organisations to deliver programmes around being active outdoors, wellbeing, and developing new skills.

The Role

We are seeking a strong leader to join our team as Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will be instrumental in steering R-Evolution through its next exciting phase of development. In collaboration with the Board of Trustees, the CEO will play a key role in defining the organisation's strategic goals and objectives and will take the lead in driving their implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of R-Evolution's strategic plan
  • Collaborate with the Board of Trustees to define and achieve organisational goals
  • Drive the growth and development of R-Evolution's programmes and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, funders, and community groups
  • Oversee the management of R-Evolution's finances and resources

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior management role, leading successful teams
  • Strong track record of financial management and fundraising
  • Experience of successfully applying for funding and managing grants
  • Strong skills in project implementation and management
  • Ability to think clearly and make good judgements under pressure
  • Capacity to work effectively and lead with compassion for others
