We work with a large partnership of organisations to deliver programmes around being active outdoors, wellbeing and developing new skills.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Chief Executive to succeed our interim CEO at this pivotal time for our charity.

The Chief Executive Officer will be instrumental in steering R-evolution through its next exciting phase of development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the organisation's strategic goals and objectives in collaboration with the Board of Trustees.
  • Drive the implementation of strategic goals and objectives.
  • Lead the organisation to fulfil its mission and reach its annual goals.
About the Role

The Chief Executive Officer will be a strong leader, approachable and with a desire to manage the opportunities that exist for our organisation.

You will have proven experience in a senior management role, leading successful teams, as well as a strong track record of financial management.

You will bring experience of successfully applying for funding and will have strong skills in project implementation and management.
