Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing restaurant operations, and leading a team of dedicated staff. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve sales and profit targets, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement brand standards and policies to ensure consistency across the restaurant
  • Deliver industry-leading guest service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Manage restaurant operations, including scheduling, employee development, and inventory control
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to improve the business
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional results

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of delivering sales and profit growth, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required
