About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Estimating to lead our team and drive our projects to success. As a key member of our commercial contracting division, you will be responsible for overseeing the estimating process and ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of estimators and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Develop and implement estimating strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in estimating and project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
