You'll oversee the preparation of high-quality bids for social housing refurbishment contracts up to £5m, ensuring estimates are not only accurate and competitive but also aligned with client expectations and company objectives.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to manage and develop a talented estimating team, identifying opportunities to maximise profitability and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with project management and commercial teams, providing valuable insights on risk assessment and project feasibility.

The Head of Estimating position allows you to showcase your expertise in client communication, forecasting, and resource planning, making a significant impact on the company's success in securing new business.
