Neurodiversity Assessment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our multidisciplinary team at The Family Psychologist, a leading provider of mental health, neurodiversity, and educational support services across the Midlands and the UK.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking high-quality autism and ADHD assessments, as part of the multidisciplinary team, including providing initial appointments, neurodevelopmental interviews, and ADOS assessments.
They will also carry out discipline-specific assessments, communicate effectively with neurodiverse individuals and their families, and work as part of the team to provide post-diagnostic intervention and support.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of autism, ADHD, and neurodiversity, as well as experience of contributing to multidisciplinary assessments and support.

Person Specification- Experience in delivering support and interventions to neurodiverse individuals
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Commitment to improving the experience of neurodiverse individuals
