Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Secretary to join our team at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. As a Medical Secretary, you will provide comprehensive secretarial support to our ENT Department, working closely with consultants, associate specialists, and other allied health professionals.

Main Responsibilities

Key duties of the role include:

  • Communicating with patients, colleagues, and external parties
  • Handling day-to-day correspondence and telephone calls
  • Prioritizing work efficiently and effectively
  • Preparing and typing clinical correspondence
