In this position, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing effective educational programs for individuals in custody. Your contributions will enhance their self-esteem and promote a constructive outlook through tailored interventions and structured activities. These interventions may include personalized support sessions or collaborative group training.



Key Responsibilities:

Program Delivery and Management:

Partner with colleagues to oversee all stages of the educational process, including orientation, evaluation, support services, program delivery, and preparation for reintegration into society.


Facilitation of Learning Activities:

Lead structured educational sessions, which encompass both individual support and group training, as specified in the program schedule.


Mentorship Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor peer supporters within the facility.

Participant Tracking:

Maintain accurate records and document participant progress in the case management system, ensuring compliance and accuracy to facilitate successful outcomes.


Relationship Building:

Cultivate and sustain relationships within the facility to ensure a consistent flow of referrals and to avoid service overlap.


Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless transitions for participants as they prepare for release.

Participant Coordination:
Work with relevant staff to identify and select suitable candidates for the educational programs.

Documentation and Reporting:

Ensure that the case management system is updated with pertinent information regarding participants, including achievements, actions taken, and safety considerations.


Community Reintegration Support:

Provide assistance to participants as they transition back into the community, where applicable.
