Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at Daisy Communications Limited. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective coaching and training programs to enhance team performance and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in a telecoms or service industry.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
