Aerospace Safety Manager

XO is a global leader in business aviation, offering a unique membership program that provides clients with access to a fleet of aircraft while eliminating the responsibilities and risks associated with ownership. As an Aerospace Safety Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our clients, staff, and third-party contractors.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance on health and safety matters to management and staff.
- Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for staff and third-party contractors.
- Investigate and report on health and safety incidents and near misses.
- Collaborate with the wider XO team to ensure health and safety best practices are implemented across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with changing health and safety regulations and ensure that XO's policies and procedures are aligned with these requirements.
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety or equivalent.
- Strong working knowledge of UK H&S Regulation.
- Experience of using online integrated management tools.
- Experience in a highly regulated environment, such as aviation, nuclear, or construction.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
- Experience with Centrik software.
- Experience of working in Part 145.
- Membership of IOSH or equivalent industry body.
- Knowledge of H&S regulatory requirements in Germany, Malta, and France.
