Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Service Center Operations team at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Part-145 regulations and organizational standards.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of aircraft maintenance professionals to ensure satisfactory completion of tasks and quality to regulatory requirements.
  3. Resource Management: Ensure availability of competent personnel, tools, equipment, and materials to support maintenance operations.
  4. Training and Development: Establish a program of training for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. Safety and Quality: Respond to safety and quality deficiencies and ensure implementation of safety or human factors recommendations.
  6. Production Planning: Develop a production planning system to manage maintenance scope of work.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and notify the author of any inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous procedures or information.
  8. Employee Safety: Maintain a safe work environment for employees and ensure compliance with published EHS policies and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Regulatory Acceptance: Meet requirements of regulatory authorities to be accepted as a nominated person.
  2. Integrated Management System: Knowledge and application of integrated management system requirements, including SMS and compliance monitoring.
  3. Work Experience: Relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position.
  4. Maintenance Methods: Specific knowledge of relevant maintenance methods.
