Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care and attention to residents, adhering closely to their individual care plans while maintaining a friendly and supportive demeanor.
- Serve as a key worker for a designated group of residents, ensuring that all responsibilities are fulfilled as outlined in our training guidelines.
- Engage in the development and upkeep of personalized care plans for each resident, administering prescribed medications accurately and maintaining thorough records.
- Minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is essential.
- Demonstrated supervisory and leadership capabilities.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a UK care home setting is required.
- Work schedule includes 33 or 44 hours on night shifts, typically comprising 3 or 4 shifts from 8 PM to 8 AM, including alternate weekends.
- Compensation is set at £13.65 per hour.
- This is a permanent position.
- Our facilities are easily accessible via public transport.
