Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Stewardship: Manage program scope and integrated plans to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
  • Commercial Experimentation: Execute experiments involving our product and customer service operations to drive business growth.
  • Program Coordination: Coordinate less-complex programs of work that are cross-functional and cross-departmental, supporting virtual program teams.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product management, operations, marketing, analytics, technology, and UX teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Process Design and Quality Assurance: Ensure transparency of reporting and performance monitoring, simplicity of policy and process design, and quality assurance on execution.
  • Technical Skills: Leverage Confluence, Jira, and Salesforce to ensure clear communication of changes and simplify integration into business-as-usual.
