Job Title: Health and Safety Facilities Manager

Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 + Excellent Benefits / Prospects

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Facilities Manager to join our team at AES. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the global Health & Safety agenda and promoting good working practices that comply with all relevant legislation.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement effective Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor hazards to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on Health and Safety best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.

Requirements:

  • A HNC / Degree in Engineering (Any Discipline) or equivalent.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience as an Environmental, or an HSE Senior Officer / Facilities Manager in a relevant Manufacturing environment.
