Seasonal Sales Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Seasonal Sales Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer in Coventry Lower Precinct. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including toys and gifts
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, including stock replenishment and display maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Support the store manager in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
  • Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to lift and move stock, as well as work at heights
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
