Position Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist – Engineering & Manufacturing Sector

Salary Range: £24,000 to £26,000 DOE + Performance Bonus

Our well-established Industrial division is experiencing growth, and we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify and attract top-tier candidates across the Central Belt of Scotland.

In collaboration with our recruitment consultants, you will play a key role in sourcing and engaging potential candidates through various local and national job platforms, crafting innovative recruitment strategies, and leveraging social media channels.

Your primary focus will be to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with both candidates and clients.

This position serves as an excellent entry point into the recruitment field, with Search providing award-winning training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and facilitate career progression.

This role is offered on a temporary contract basis, with the potential for transition into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identifying candidates through relevant job boards, social media, our internal sales system, and job postings.


• Posting job advertisements on various job boards using our internal systems.


• Conducting candidate interviews via telephone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.


• Performing Right to Work checks and ensuring ongoing compliance.


• Managing timesheet processing and ensuring timely authorization for payment.


• Maintaining a fast-paced work environment to meet all commitments.
