Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Manage credit control processes, including chasing debt and escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Support with fortnightly and monthly timesheets for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Assist the Financial Controller with ad hoc duties, providing administrative support as required.
  • Resolve customer invoice queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare VAT returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process intercompany invoices and reconcile ledgers, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Prepare subcontractor weekly invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel is essential for this role, with the ability to analyze and manipulate data with ease.
  • Experience with Xero is desired, but not required.
