Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Reflect Recruitment Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Create and expand your base of leads within a two-hour travelling distance of the business.
- Relationship Management: Handle the relationship all the way through to fulfilment of the project.
- Technical Sales Support: Work with a Technical Sales Team to fulfil all technical aspects of the sales process.
What We Offer:
A competitive basic salary in the region of £30-£40k per annum, complemented by a generous and open-ended commission and bonus structure, which should see you potentially doubling your basic salary in overall remuneration dependent on your success.

We are a professional, creative, supportive, and energetic team who work closely together and are part of this ongoing success. There is plenty of technical expertise available to support you as you learn our sector, but you will come from a background of selling a technical product and/or service to transition into this role.
