Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer - Medical Devices

Our client, a leading Medical Device Technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing new manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and procedures to improve product quality and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct process improvement initiatives to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to the manufacturing floor to ensure production of high-quality products.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including DHF and DMR, to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
  • Participate in risk management activities, including FMEA and PFMEA.
Requirements:
  • Degree/HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Manufacturing expertise in the medical sector or related field.
  • Strong understanding of CAD modeling and design.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and travel when required.
