Blue Arrow is seeking a dedicated Senior Sous Chef to join our esteemed contract catering team, focusing on a prestigious educational institution.

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to collaborate with our renowned client, a global leader in food service and facilities management, committed to delivering exceptional cuisine.


Key Responsibilities of the Senior Sous Chef:

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of food preparation and cooking
  • Uphold the company’s reputation for quality among customers and clients
  • Manage stock levels and minimize waste effectively
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and health & safety regulations at the highest standards
  • Collaborate closely with the site leadership team
