About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director to join our Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice at WTW. As a Director, you will be part of a multinational team, developing business and delivering both regional and international projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and implement Executive Compensation and incentive programs for existing and new clients.
  • Nurture the business network across various business lines and geographies.
  • Lead a team of highly talented junior and mid-level colleagues.
  • Partner with clients, including C-Suite, RemCo, and Board, on executive compensation topics.
  • Collaborate with other Directors on top-tier clients and lead on clients and projects.
  • Partner with our Work, Rewards & Career (WRC) and Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) practices to drive added value within broader rewards topics.

About the Team

The GB & Ireland Executive Compensation and Board Advisory team provides advice to the Remuneration Committee, Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Senior Management population of the largest and most well-known UK listed companies, as well as many privately owned and unique organizations.
