We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Stafforce. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grass Cutting and Mowing: Utilize both pedestrian and ride-on units to maintain grass areas.
  • Pruning and Trimming: Maintain trees, shrubs, and other vegetation to ensure a well-manicured appearance.
  • Weed Control: Implement hand-weeding and herbicide, pesticide, and fungicide treatments to control weeds and pests.
  • Site Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and tidy site by picking up litter, removing waste, and preventing fly tipping.
  • Tree Works: Perform tree pruning, removal, and planting services as required.
  • Gritting and Snow Clearance: Ensure safe access to our properties during winter months by gritting and clearing snow.
  • Landscaping Installation and Renovation: Design and install new landscaping features, including planting schemes, hard landscaping, and renovations.
  • Hard Landscaping: Install and maintain paving, fencing, paths, decking, and other hard landscaping features.
Requirements
  • Experience in hard and/or soft landscaping is highly desirable.
  • A full UK driving license is required.
  • Industry-related qualifications are a plus.
  • An enhanced DBS check will be conducted on successful candidates.
