Maintenance Manager Job Description


At Comton Group, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the installation, operation, and upkeep of automated manufacturing equipment. The role involves leading a team of maintenance professionals to ensure all equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee all maintenance operations, including preventive and reactive maintenance
  • Ensure equipment is operational, safe, and compliant with regulations
  • Develop and implement maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Conduct risk management and develop business continuity plans for key equipment
  • Lead a team of maintenance professionals, providing coaching and development
  • Manage maintenance schedules, perform equipment audits, and ensure prompt resolution of issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence
