Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Head Chef to join our esteemed team. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement seasonal menus in collaboration with our Executive Chefs
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and optimize labor controls to minimize waste and maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with the pub manager to drive business growth and achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, Chef Manager, or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, premium fresh food environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on cost control, inventory management, and labor optimization
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation
