Head of Data Governance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Data Governance to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data management and governance strategies that ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of our data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data management and governance strategies that align with business objectives
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through the use of data catalogues, data quality, data lineage, and data modelling tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related issues and opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data governance and management
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of data management and governance principles and best practices
  • Experience with data catalogues, data quality, data lineage, and data modelling tools
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data issues and develop effective solutions
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and ethical considerations in data and AI

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £500-£650 per day
