About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced People Director to join our executive team at Impact X, a global manufacturing company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a people strategy that aligns with our global growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive people strategy that drives business success.
  • Oversee recruitment, retention, learning, and development initiatives to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Drive a culture that embodies engagement, accountability, and innovation.
  • Build and oversee talent management processes to identify and nurture future leaders.
  • Work closely with the board and senior leadership team to design effective organisational structures and development strategies.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during periods of rapid growth.
  • Ensure HR services are customer-focused, lean, and fit for purpose.
  • Spearhead initiatives to increase employee engagement and well-being.
  • Lead our diversity and inclusion agenda to promote equality of opportunity and a diverse workforce.

Requirements:

  • Extensive HR leadership experience with a proven track record of building and executing people strategies.
  • Global mindset and progressive approach with experience working in multinational environments.
  • Deep HR expertise with knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organisational development.
  • Change management expertise with experience leading large-scale initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder with proven success in complex negotiations.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
