Job Title: Sales Progressor

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Progressor. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing and progressing the sales pipeline, liaising with clients, and maintaining our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and progress the sales pipeline
  • Liaise with clients, buyers, sellers, mortgage providers, and solicitors on a regular basis
  • Maintain our CRM system
  • Deal with price negotiations as required
  • Arrange and conduct key releases
  • Work towards monthly targets

Requirements:

  • Previous estate agency sale progression experience
  • Pro-active
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Inspires trust and confidence
  • Works well under pressure
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills
