Experience Required: *1 Year's Sales Progression in an Estate Agent*

Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Weekdays. Saturdays on a rota basis for which a day in lieu in the week will be given. Saturday hours 9am - 4pm

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Progressor to join our residential sales team. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales progression process from offer acceptance to completion, ensuring smooth and timely transactions.

You will act as the main point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other parties involved in the transaction. Your strong organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure that all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

You will provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their sales, maintaining a high level of customer service. You will also ensure that all sales progression activities comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales progression process from offer acceptance to completion
  • Act as the main point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other parties
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their sales
  • Ensure all sales progression activities comply with relevant legislation and industry standards
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of the property, mortgage, and conveyancing process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
