Job Title: Sales Progressor

Location:Solihull

Basic Salary:Up to £ Depending on Experience

OTE:£30000 £33000(Uncapped)

Experience Required:1Year's Sales Progression in an Estate Agent

Hours:9am 5.30pm Weekdays. Saturdays on a rota basis for which a day in lieu in the week will be given. Saturday hours 9am– 4pm

About the Role

A brilliant opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a winning team and multibranch Estate Agency in Solihull

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales progression process from offer acceptance to completion ensuring smooth and timely transactions.
  • Act as the main point of contact between buyers sellers solicitors and other parties involved in the transaction.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process keeping all parties informed and updated.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their sales maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure all sales progression activities comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales progression activities to senior management.
The Ideal Candidate

A strong understanding of the property mortgage and conveyancing process.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
