We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Night Reception Centre Worker to join our team at Kent County Council. As a key member of our Reception Centre team, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to unaccompanied asylum-seeking children in our care.

Responsibilities

* Manage routines and set goals for young people
* Provide direct support and care to children in a residential setting
* Facilitate a learning culture in the centre
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for children
