About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our Health, Safety, and Biosafety (HSBS) team as an Administrator. This role plays a crucial part in facilitating the HSBS team to conduct its function and produce critical outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including the Health and Safety Consultative Committee and GM Safety Committee, taking minutes and distributing papers as necessary.
  • Monitor and triage emails to the correct members of the team.
  • Purchase and receipt equipment and consumables as required.
  • Coordinate training arrangements with external providers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date suppliers list.
  • Perform other administrative duties related to HSBS project work.
  • Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and coordinating the upload of documents in our document management system.
  • Act as 'Curator' for training modules on our training management platform.
  • Maintain the HSBS Asset bank and arrange for routine calibration of equipment.
  • Assist with data collection for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs).
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver work with high accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
  • Experience with minute taking in formal meetings.
