We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Literacy Tutors in a Primary or Secondary school setting. As a Literacy Tutor, you will provide 1:1 support to EAL students, helping them to improve their English and Literacy skills.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality 1:1 support to EAL students, focusing on English and Literacy development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless support for students.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students.
- Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
- First-Class degree in English, Humanities, or Modern Languages from a Top UK University.
- Passion for working with vulnerable and disadvantaged children, with a kind and caring personality.
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, with a TEFL qualification a bonus.
