Part Time Corporate Finance Role

We are currently recruiting a rare part time, Corporate Finance specialist position, which will be remotely based (UK only). This opportunity will enable you to work on a range of deals, in a small team, with a strong pipeline.

About the Role

The role will be based remotely from home, however will potentially involve travel to meet clients in the Midlands. You will have the opportunity to work on acquisitions, disposals, management buy outs and buy ins, along with fund raising for clients across all sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage or support on acquisitions, disposals, management buy outs and buy ins
  • Fund raising for clients across all sectors
  • Work on a range of deals, in a small team, with a strong pipeline
  • Lead advisory experience is essential
  • Qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA or CIMA, with a passion for delivering high quality results
Requirements
  • Deals experience ESSENTIAL (M&A, transactions services, restructuring, in-house M&A)
  • Experience of both sell-side and buy-side transactions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster client relationships, maintaining a strong confidentiality ethic
  • Proactive and positive with a strong team focus and collaborative approach
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Good eye for detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
