Position Overview

As an effective communicator, you will adeptly handle the expectations of various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the series of activities under unified ownership to fulfill project goals.
  • Act as the primary contact for the Partner project management team, serving as the central point of communication.
  • Drive project deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Guarantee the timely and budget-compliant delivery of products and services for the partner, meeting all quality benchmarks.
  • Establish governance and reporting frameworks for the project, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and other essential stakeholders, ensuring that all significant updates are communicated effectively.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a precise project plan, implementing controls to mitigate risks while identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery.
  • Identify and manage interdependencies among related project activities, conducting data analysis to ensure key performance indicators are achieved.
  • Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, including partners and internal teams, to disseminate information, monitor progress, and gather feedback to support a smooth partner launch.
  • Negotiate with teams, business partners, and contractors to meet project objectives, resolving conflicts to prioritize project needs.
  • Supervise various teams across the organization to ensure project success, fostering strong relationships, delegating responsibilities, and promoting collaboration.
  • Manage the Project Coordinator and other team members as necessary, allocating appropriate skills and resources to ensure project success.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure all tasks and activities are completed within the designated timeframe and budget.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for continuous improvement and lessons learned.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and governance standards are met.
