As a Warehouse Operative & Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Key responsibilities include:
- Inspecting incoming deliveries for quality, quantity, and condition.
- Verifying product accuracy and completeness prior to storage.
- Organizing and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Ensuring stock levels are accurately recorded and maintained.
- Packing and preparing goods for dispatch.
- Maintaining accurate records of activities and transactions.
- Adhering to all food safety, health and safety, and company standards and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Operational awareness of HACCP, COSHH, DDA, Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, and DFT requirements.
- Self-motivation, commitment, and enthusiasm, with the ability to work calmly under pressure.

Due to the nature of this role, a full five-year reference history check and a basic DBS check will be conducted prior to commencement. Applicants with non-UK based references will require the appropriate DBS check and translation of documents. Any gaps in employment must be accounted for.
Working hours are 6:00 to 14:30, with a 4 on 2 off sliding rota.
