Digital Supply Chain Specialist

A visionary B2C brand leader in the FMCG industry is searching for an E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee operations across their online marketplace

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure seamless online store operations and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimise supply chain efficiency and ROI.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, factories, and delivery companies to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
- Oversee inventory management and product flow to meet customer demand.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective allocation and ROI.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data insights for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and inventory management software systems.
- Working knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
