Job Summary:

Round-Peg Solutions (RPS) is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain and Procurement Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing the procurement and planning team, ensuring standard processes are rolled out and serving as the senior escalation point for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies and procurement projects across the business, including work transfer, new product introduction (NPI), and new work bid activity.
  • Ensure on-time-in-full (OTIF) deliveries into the business and manage supplier relationships.
  • Execute monthly operations supply planning activities, weekly material planning and scheduling (MPS) activities, and daily shop floor scheduling.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes to balance demand and supply with a consensus plan integrated into site financial and operational plans.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in supply chain management at a senior level in an aerospace environment.
  • Experience in implementing industry best practices.

  • Experience in forecasting and demand planning, material requirements planning (MRP), strategic planning, and inventory management.
