About the Role

As a Property Valuer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, generating new and repeat business, and marketing properties to buyers. You will also be responsible for completing contracts on properties, upselling additional products, and preparing brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Generate new and repeat business
  • Market properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
  • Complete contracts on properties
  • Upsell additional products
  • Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
  • Canvass the local area
  • Door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an Estate Agent who is ready to take the next step in their career
  • Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
  • Supporting your manager by helping to lead the team
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Strong attention to detail
