At Bairstow Eves, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Estate Agent to join our residential lettings team in Hornchurch. As a Lettings Property Lister, you'll play a crucial role in winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market.

Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to build rapport with customers, ensuring every interaction is friendly, positive, and enthusiastic. You'll be responsible for generating new business in a target-driven environment, utilizing your excellent customer care and communication skills.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Estate Agency experience, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, or Lettings Negotiator
  • The ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literacy, including MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving licence
