About the Role:
- Manage contracts and lead a team of Site Managers, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors to ensure the delivery of projects within budget and time scales.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive profitability and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality services.
- Manage financials, including pricing and delivery of extra works, to ensure the contract remains profitable.
- Focus on quality, customer service, and process management to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing and planned maintenance projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and customer liaison skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of financials and ability to manage budgets and costs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
